Commercial HVAC systems present different issues than residential ducts.  For one, they are larger and longer.  In addition, they normally have several zones.  Because of these factors, a trailer-mounted duct cleaning system is not ideal, and we use a portable unit.

We have noticed another issue with our commercial duct cleaning projects.  We have noticed, especially in older buildings, that there tend to be many floor plan changes over the years.  Often, ducting is extended with flexible ducts that have sharp corners and, in some cases, have been compressed by other building system components.  When cleaning these systems a balance of care and power are needed to assure a complete cleaning without damaging the ductwork.

On a positive note, employees universally apprciate employers who care for the comfort and health of their workforce!

In addition to commercial office buildings, we are also called to clean the dryer vents of multifamily apartment buildings.  Whether your apartment building has a central laundry room(s) or in-suite laundry facilities, it will have dryer vents that present a fire danger if not regularly cleaned.
