Residential Air Duct Cleaning Project  Overview

The owner of this older home noticed that the airflow was not even, and in some cases, sufficient to heat all rooms equally. In this case, the main problem was the return vents.  The amount of debris, built-up lint, and dust was restricting the return airflow.  This made the furnace fan work harder than it should and caused uneven air flow between the upstairs and downstairs rooms.

As is common in many homes, there is a single thermostat downstairs, and it would turn off the furnace before the upstairs rooms were at a comfortable temperature.

After their duct cleaning, they have a more efficeant and comfortable home.
